3. Priority Access & Pre-Launch Status

OralVue AI is currently in a pre-launch phase, with a target launch of Q2 2026.

• Submitting an application does not guarantee access
• We reserve the right to approve, delay, or deny access at our discretion
• Features, availability, and timelines may change prior to launch

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our technology
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Services outside of intended clinical or evaluative purposes

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Clinical Disclaimer

OralVue AI:

• Provides decision-support insights only
• Does not provide medical advice
• Does not guarantee diagnostic outcomes
• Must be used in conjunction with professional clinical evaluation

Final diagnosis and treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed clinician.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, models, trademarks, logos, and materials related to OralVue AI are the exclusive property of OralVue AI or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use branding or intellectual property without written consent

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to OralVue AI (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to OralVue AI (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
